Well today is Anzac Day.. but actually I don't know what is actually Anzac Day but its good to have holiday u know!! Well anyway down 'ere in Adelaide everything is closed on Anzac Day except those Chinese stores and restaurants in China Town. So we had already planned for today since many days ago which I was counting down to.. yep thats rite.. YumCha.. oh its the best meal in this whole world..!!
So then we went to Ding Hao restaurant.. It was me, Karina, Oliver, Elite n May.. Oh lucky we get there a bit early but we were seated in shit spot. Infront of the door. Lots of people just passing by and we have to avoid them, actually Karina was the one who always duck down to avoid them coz they just dun care!! the food was good but I prefer Cafe Kowloon as it was not too crowded and the squid and cakes are nice too hahaha.. So we ate lots of foods until I nearly cannot walk. I did pickup some Chinese words thou but I forgot them already.. Im not a brainy man thou. I think I have problems reminding everything especially assignments.. Shit!! thats the worst one!!
Well after digested so much foods, I can feel dolphins swimming in my stomach!! that means POO time!! hahaha.. so then I went home. Planned to return overdue book in UniSA but just so sleepy and went'a sleep... Ring ring du du du dum.. My ringtone keep ringin in my ears.. so I woke up and it was a called from Johny my Indo friend asked me to go for soccer. Then he picked me and Ken up and we went to Adelaide Oval to kick some soccer. Well Ken was happy to meet some Thai friends there. I was enjoying my game and was on my peak.. I did bunch of good crosses, short dribs and the most is my nice move is what I called "Left Left Lefty Righty" which is dribs pass a man to the left and another to the left and the third just pretending to the left and pull up the ball in a sudden and dance around the ball and turn to right.. Oh it was perfect and was amazed everyone.. I've been doing that move in Futsal a lot but its really hard on grass coz of the slippery surface but this time I just did it.. Awesome!!!
Well after a nice soccer match.. we went home and watch movie with Oliver and Willy.. we watched "superbad" and "stomp the yard" superbad was so funny but STY was so cool and I was always do the snake move to Oliver n Ken and Ken always replied with the Wolf.. I am thinking of building up Fraternity in LCB haha how is that sounds? I'm gonna have my "Theta Nu Titties" gank, Oliver is gonna lead "Betta Nu Games" and Ken probably gonna start his own "Alpha Pi Doggy Dog" or sumthing like that hahaha and we gonna have our secret spot in Park Lane down in garage.. hahaha
Well then I'm gonna finish my day now and praying for no rain tomorrow as we planned to Surf again!! Wooo Hooo.. today is gonna be really fun.. as Elite was already so excited and I can imagine rite now she is dancing like Shakira and hopping like bugs bunny for tomorrow hahaha.. Well after a while in Adelaide.. I miss my family especially my bro and my two lil sisters.. a bit bout them..
Well my bro Alex is studying in Surabaya taking major course in Economy Management, well he likes soccer a lot and now taking care of Kristal FC. He is just so serious sometimes and he can make u laugh without doing anything.. He got a nickname thou Hamtaro.. that really suits him cos sometimes he could eat like hamsters and then hibernate for a whole day. He is the best bro for me. I miss to kidding around with him.. he is just so hilarious..
Then move on to my sister.. my 1st sister is Reetha.. she is a really nice girl and she is cute but taken haha.. She is studying hospitality in Petra University. She could be a good manager as when we worked for our hotel she was really determined and detailed... Well I miss them all and the youngest from us is Ivana. She is just lovely.. she loves animals and I can see that coming coz from 1 yo she started to kick all of our dogs and they all were so scared of her. Even when she tried to approach them nicely they all will back off or hide under the bed hahaha..
Well thats all bout them.. I wish we could be together this July to trash the house together and make our mom and dad hold their breath and force their smile hahaha..

Well today, I started my day with really fun and cool things..
Today we started with Aesthetical Food and Wine Class, which was Lectured by Trevor.. He is one of the funniest and craziest Lecturer I ever had in my live.. (No Kidding!!!). I love his class as in AFW we only tried food and wine matching.. Yummiee..
We had 2 different cooked lambs.. and we drank 3 different type of wine.. Ohohowww I think I drunk too much that I could feel like flying in the class.. Well I was not drunk just a bit high. Everyone in class were so excited as Trev explain all the food and wine matching.. After all none of us were drunk but Jojo and Karina was a bit red.. But I'm sure they were not drunk *who knows?*

Well after AFW, we had a really shit lecture.. I was falling asleep like 7x in the class.. Then we had tutorial with the "Mickey Mouse Man(he got big ears man.. really I swear!!)" and me n Karina was surprise that he was a bit deaf, coz Karina was saying microsoft and he thought Karina was saying McDonald so he went on with McDonald hahaha.. Well the class was really boring aswell then we move on to another tutorial.. there was blackout on the campus but this French lecturer was so into it so we went to be tutored in the dark.. Well after all he release us earlier so it was good..
Then me, Zach. Karina n Willian decided to buy some stuffs for out Saturday Trip.. so we decided to go to Coles in China Town. But Karina have to get change first so me and Zach went to get bubble tea and then we went to Pets paradise(pet shop).. Zach wanna know about Rat and Ferret so we talk to the girl in the shop who was cleaning and vacuming the floor.. We had a great chat and William came along.. then the disaster suddently happened... I was holding my bubble tea by the paperskin and I was shaking and rocking it suddently the plastic cup jumped out from the paperskin and dropped onto the floor and explode so there was mess everwhere.. pearls was spread on the carpet and the milk tea was absorbed into the carpet.. I felt so bad bout it but William was really happy bout it he was laughing his balls out and teased me to buy a rabbit or a dog to cover for the accident. I said sorry for so many times to the girl and so did Zach and then we walk out from the shop and I started laughing to thinking back it was so funny and stupid and then I called Karina to tell her what happened but I could not tell her over the fone so I told her when we met and she had her laugh too hahaha.. it was stupid remind that the girl was cleaning and vacuming the carpet and I just made a big mess.. SHIT!!!
After the accident we went to China Town to buy our stuff and guess what?? we meet Trevor in Coles.. It seems that Adelaide is so small that I almost bumps to every person that I know each day.. After all I went home n I get so tired..
But really all day I just had something that always pops up in my mind.. which is Tomorrow we gonna have a great YumCha!!!! Oh just could not wait for that hahaha.. Im hungry rite now thinking of it..
Just finish pumping my muscles today with Oliver @ fitness first.. so tired n sleepy.. Today was kinda boring with those boring lecturers in classes.. I even fall asleep in class and the lecture was picking on me too ahaha We had and Computing Class but all Bob Hocking the lecture told is excel, what I got when I failed my Uni in Indo haha so easy..

Well just got a good news the soccer team I owned "Kristal FC" just won a tournament again.. it seems that out throphy cabinet is too full and could not fit the throphy they won.. so when I go back to Indo then I have to order a new one. So excited bout the team.. it is growing just nicely and well recognized now in Kupang..

Shittt!!!.. It was the first word I said this morning.. I woke up at 6.45am and I got class at 7am. I used to wake up at 5am for this Kitchen class but damn. I forgot to put my ugly sound alarm from my mobile on..
I jumped from my bed and did hand stand before couple of backflips and sommersaults like those moves which Jackie Chan and Jet Lee used to do in those Kung-Fu movies. Talking bout Kung-Fu movies I just remembered I learn some moves from my Master "The Kung-Fu Panda" as in the picture.. By the way after 23 somersaults and 17 backflips, I went to take a 20secs shower and I did not forget to brush my teeth so there won't be any accident in the kitchen class as according to research by my uncle Alberto Einsconstantine, a blow of my stink breath could kill a 750kgs Elephant. And I went on to comb my hair so I would look like John Travolta but I remembered one of my friend told me that my max handsome only can reach as far as Jack Black. Well I think the statement is a bit true there hahaha. but anyway I waited for 30 mins for the taxi and I was late but luckily when I reached LCB, the class just started so I did not miss much of the explaining.
Sissy or Lou Lu or Lu Lou? Well anyway one of those name was one of my table mate. I was a bit confused and dunno what to do but luckily Sissy know what to do so she assisted me with work planning.. We did our lemon pie which turned out a bit sour and too sweet and a lot fucked up coz I think I put too much orange juice and sugar hahaha so blame on me!!
Congrats for Jojo as she was the Head Chef today because of my single vote hahaha.. but dun get me wrong she was a really good and responsible head chef as she likes to kick her sous chef which was me and blame me for voting her.
Well after that we went on to make duck confit. The duck we made was really nice but the portion was too small so when it went down to my stomach to be digested, I was still starving. We finish everything by 11am. And went on for discussion about what will we cook for our final service point and we decided that we will cook yummy Salt & Pepper Squid for 'entree as Karina's Won Ton and my Tempura idea was totally rejected by our Chef Stephen Galpin who I think does Yoga 3 times daily.. Confit of Duck for main course and Strawberry Souffle for dessert.. sounds yummm doesn't it?
Kitchen Class was so fun then later in arvo we have a FB class but they cancel the practical exam so we just did our weekly routines setting up tables and practicing service customers.. but the good thing we've been released early than the schedulle. I went for a nice bubble tea with Karina then went straight home.. well on the way I saw the poster of Iron Man the Movie looks so good.. Im so tempted to watch it but hmmm still upcoming.. so I have to wait..
Been long time since I post my last blog!! Thanks to Jocelyn who help me to set up my account and skin too. Then so the story began..
I woke up 3 am this morning, and I was really sleepy. I stared for couples of minutes and rubbed my eyes to get it open but it is too hard for me to get those open so I decided to went asleep again. The my alarm was ringing really loud and wake me up from my dream. I took a shower but tripped on a box outside my room and created a big bang but luckily my two housemates were hibernate so well that even earthquake or bombs could not wake them up.
Daily routines of my ritual shower (dance and sing in the bathroom) begin.. I remembered I was singing this song that Rodney Carrington loves to sing called "letter to my penis" it was so funny as you can see it in youtube and for sure you will laugh. Well anyway the song was really suit for you guys out there to sing while in a shower haha!! Highly Recommended!!
So after my shower I was feeling a bit lazy and did not want to go for my class today but I remembered the words of my dear lovely friend by the name of Jocelyn Genevieve -which actually a shorter name from her really looooooong name- that told me to go for the class for important practices for exam and which turn out the class was dismissed by our lovely fatty lecturer by the name of Manuj which means "Bird" in Indonesian.
After class I went home and found out that my lil parrot was starving and nearly died because I forgot to gave him water. So then I gave him the water and he started to get a bit noisy which he always does when someone is around. Then I went to the State Library with Jocelyn which I prefer to call her Jojo, for me it sounds nicer. So we went to the library, it was pretty big as I never walk in to the library before. but it was packed with people.. Seems that the library is a good place to study..
After all we found seats for us. Jojo was into the assignment. She read those thick books which for me looks like junk foods. But then my Indonesian friend texted me that they are going to have roast pork ribs over next weekend which sounds like really mouth watering stuffs.. I was imagined it so bad even if there is a choice for me to choose the rib and a nude girl then I am sure I'll go for the ribs.. well after couple of hours we spent in the library, I sent Jojo to the bus stop and then I went to a Shushi shop down the road and had 3 rolls of Shushi... nyam it was so damn nice because I was really starving since my friend teased me with the mouth watering ribs..
@ 6pm I went to the Gym with Oliver as we had appointment with Karina to go together. I was so full from the Shushi, so when I ride the threadmill on full speed I was about to threw up but then I decided to slowed it done and just walk for 15 mins and moved to bicycle.. I forgot to mention we met William aswell in the gym and he was putting so much effort into the gym thing. Me and Oliver move to muscular training.. I was trying to do the benchpress but it nearly killed me because I was too full and the weight was too heavy too..
Well after I did lots of training Oliver n me went to see Karina n William doing the Yoga.. but luckily Karina could escape from the touchy man Nicholas or I love to call him Nikky which always made him pissed off but i don't really give a shit bout him since he is one of the LCB best Bastard.. hahaha. I saw William was doing the Dolphin moved which he lied across the floor while holding his feet on the back which made him looks like a horny looking Dolphin haha kidding William.. (don't be offended when u read my post!)
Well after whole day loaded with heavy works then I went back home and I watched the CSI New York but it was so good that I was asleep until my parrot bite me in the eat and I thought, I was eaten by a salt water croc. And Oliver was laughing his head of as he is the one who took out the parrot and put it on my shoulder. Well I decided to ended my day by writing the Blog and I have to get enough sleep as tomorrow I have to wake up really early for Kitchen class the best class for me so far. Well we are going to cook Duck Confit for tomorrow and i get a bit excited and I hope Jojo would be there too for the class..
