Sunday Went to Yum Cha with Oliver n May.. We ate a lot.. We spent $97 for 3 people at Yum Cha.. It was Yummm.. After 2 hours sitting in Cafe Kowloon for 2 Salt n Pepper Squid and many more foods, we went to cash converters.. so many cheap second hand stuffs in there but they all are shit stuff so advice.. Dun Buy it!!! haha

Monday.. Plan to woke up at 3am but too tired from Futsal match, then I woke up at 7am.. Start to do my Wine assignment until 12.30pm, then went to Rundle to meet Zach, Karina, Jeje, Tam2x n Sarah to have lunch n then went to Holiday Inn for our house keeping practical orientation. It was fun but every one was exhausted especially Jojo.. She said she'd been playing Poker with Chris the Poker Master all over the weekend! No Wonder.. I really wanna have tutes from Chris too.. sounds so fun since I am sux at Poker.. Then went home n start on my FBS assignment until 1am.. so damn tired n straight to bed!!
Tuesday.. Suppose to wake up at 5am but the overslept till 5.40am, took a quick Ninja shower, then ran to Victoria Square just nearly missed the bus but lucky the bus stopped for a while. Hopped into the bus headed for morning Kitchen class. I dun wanna miss this class coz I heard we are going to make Pizza in class. Only 6 people showed up for class. We decided to taking charge of foods for next service point. I got the Tempura Vegetables. I tried to cook it.. First was unsuccessful but with guide from Zach, Lachlan, Karina n Steven.. it turned out fabulous n crispy. Then we cooked the Pizza. Steven, Zach n Me get to make 1 Pizza each. Well since Steven is a vegetarian he made a nice Vegetarian Pizza.. Steven's Vegetarian Pizza
Then Zach came out with his "over-onion but too little cheeze pizza", well its was nice anyway.. Zach with his Pizza, Tammy was a great helper
Since I fell in Love with Cheeze n Karina like it too.. She helped me to make my Pizza. I want it to be stuff crushed so I wrap the Boccancini around the edge and she kept pour the mozarella to the middle. Our bacon was dissapeared n covered by the mozarella. All of them forced me to put more onion but I dun want since I dun really like it!!! Any way Karina named the Pizza "Davo's Heart Attack" since they said the Pizza was so fatty and cheezy.. I dun mind as long it taste good.. well here is mine.. Concentrating..

After all pizza are done from the oven, we took it to the table n sit around eating pizza with the "Creame' Bouile'" I dunno if I spell it rite or not haha! We discuss bout out next service point.. Lachlan was some kinda real leader.. he always thinking ahead and arrange things. I'm so touched!! haha!! I gave him a clap or two!! Zach is aiming at the Pizza while Steven is talking!!

Well in Kitchen class, U got to enjoy everything..
After Kitchen, we went for Marketing lecture but it was so boring, Zach fell asleep so did Charlotte the Ms CashBox!! Haahaha I was rocking the chairs to wake Zach up but Karina n Tammy were laughing they thought I was doing some dirty move!! After Marketing we went for FBS, nothing much just all discussion and we went home early!!
Reach home at 5pm, Slept at 6pm till 8pm, watched Gordon Ramsey.. It was kinda cool episode thou!! 9.30pm went to slept again!!!
